The Canada Geese are back in town, evey year they pretty much take over the Mill Pond. The first few days they were here they'd stand out in the middle of the pond on the ice looking puzzled. It was like they were thinking...hmmm I know there's water here somewhere. These last couple days the ice has been breaking up and flowing over the fall and down the stream so they seem very content. I've seen a few ducks out on the pond too but they're always too far off for me to tell what kind of ducks I'm looking at.
