Tasty Fiddleheads
I finally got a chance to go pick fiddleheads this morning. We had a niece visiting so we decided to have our first cookout of the year...had a new charcoal smoker we had to try out. In about an hour I picked enough fiddleheads for supper and some to freeze. And yes the fiddleheads were very tasty. I also found this wild flower.
Hi
Interesting flower, I don't remember ever seeing anything that nice up there in the spring!

First time I saw one was last spring, usually find them in wooded areas. I used to know what they were called but I forget, I'll have to look it up.
