The second week of moose hunting season started yesterday and it looks like hunters will have a nice week for it. I make an effort to stay out of the woods during moose and deer hunting season, I haven't bothered to get all of the orange gear needed to be in the woods at this time. Yesterday was a fantastic day for anyone who likes to spend time in the Maine outdoors temps were in the low 70's and the Autumn colors were still impressive even here in northern Maine.
