I heard spring arrived yesterday I looked out this morning and it looked a lot like winter. For me the first real sign that spring's here is when the annual ice jams start getting news worthy. When the ice starts breaking up in far northern Maine because of rains and sun you know spring has arrived, or as some like to call it mud season. We're currently getting the rain and this week-end we may see some sun so maybe spring will get here next week and March will go out like a lamb.
